Gift vouchers are available for all listed treatments and are beautifully presented as a gift, free of charge.
Enquiries are welcome to customise your own package. Online and phone purchases by credit card are available. We have a
courier service for same day or immediate delivery if necessary.
We also offer a wide range of retail products for: face, body, bathing, make-up and gifts from: Sothys, Dr.Hauschka, Ultraceuticals, Pure Fiji, OPI and Wendy Hill.

Do I need to book?
Yes. We advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, especially late nights and weekends.
We require credit card details for bookings of more than two hours duration.
Can I change my appointment time?
Yes. Please give us 24 hours notice.
Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours
notice if you wish to cancel or 50% of the fee is payable.
‘No shows’, including vouchers and prepaid, will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.
When should I arrive and what if I am late?
Try to arrive five minutes before your appointment. If late, your treatment will still end on time so that the next
client is not inconvenienced. Your treatment is customised to suit your needs - all times include consultation and
client preparation.
Do you cater for men?
Our products and services are designed for both men and women.
Are there any incentives for multiple visits?
A course of 10 prepaid sessions receives the 11th treatment with our compliments.
