Do I need to book?

Yes please. We advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure you get your preferred time, especially late nights and weekends!

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes, no problem but please give us 24 hours notice. Please call us

If you give us 24 hours plus notice, no. If you have an unforeseen emergency, no. Otherwise if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the booked treatment is payable. All ‘no shows’ including gift vouchers and prepaid bookings will be charged at full price.

Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?

When should I arrive and what if I am late?


It is best to arrive ten minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to breathe, chill and get ready for your me-time. We need to keep on schedule out of respect for all clients time (yours too), so if you are late, we still need to finish at the time booked so that our next client is not inconvenienced. As we appreciate that your time is valuable to you, we have included times beside each treatment to give you an indication of the total time you will need to allow for your visit – these include change time.

Do you cater for men?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Is GST included?

Sometime and we reserve the right to do this as technology and treatments evolve, however if you have booked and paid for a specific treatment we will honour this, including gift vouchers.

Can prices change?

We welcome Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Amex or Diners and Johnny Cash.
