Delivery is within New Zealand. Products which are in stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of your order.
Should any product be unavailable (not in stock), we will advise the product is on back order and the estimated delivery date. We offer courier rates depending on the size of your order and location. We will always confirm delivery cost with you prior to charging credit cards.
Simply return the unwanted product to our store at 100 Jervois Rd, Herne Bay, Auckland, New Zealand within one week of purchase.
Returned goods must be unused and in condition for resale. If we can help with any question, please email Customer Services
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel you appointment. You are always welcome to offer your appointment time to a friend or family member. If insufficient notice is given a fee amounting to 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Equipoise Spa Health & Beauty Ltd and any of its Subsidiary companies. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party.

Transfer of ownership
On any sale or acquisition of Equipoise Spa Health & Beauty Ltd or its assets, any consumer information in the possession of Equipoise Spa at that time may be transferred to the purchasing or acquiring company.
