Part Time and Full Time Fully Qualified Beauty Therapist

We are looking for a fully qualified beauty therapist to join our growing team!

We've curated the best of both natural and cosmeceutical skin care, in-depth skin treatments, massage, grooming services, and home care products. We provide a comprehensive free skin analysis and customised prescription for all clients and our goal is that everyone should leave feeling rejuvenated.

As part of our team, you receive great remuneration, complimentary staff treatments, and great product deals. We take professional development seriously and are looking for someone to help take our clinic to the next level.

Non-negotiable skills are that you are fully qualified, well educated in skin analysis, and are a results-focused therapist that nurtures long-term relationships with clients and is passionate about what you do!

Additionally, ideally you:

  • Are a great all-rounder (you won't be doing the same treatments day in day out).

  • Do excellent skin consultations that translate into detailed prescriptions and tangible solutions for our clients by coordinating and helping book treatments, and recommending product.

  • Are good with systems and processes.

  • Have great rapport with clients and are comfortable building and maintaining relationships.

  • Have an excellent manner and manners; on the phone, in person, and in emails.

  • Are motivated by goals and incentives.

  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English Understand and demonstrate excellent customer service so you consistently deliver amazing experiences for clients.

  • Want to continue your professional development through ongoing extensive training and upskilling.

  • Are open to a constantly evolving and improving clinic environment, to deliver the best possible services to our clients.

  • Have a great attitude, are enthusiastic and work well in a large, highly competent team of Therapists and Clinic Coordinators to deliver a seamless experience to clients.

  • Are professional, friendly, honest, reliable and take pride in everything you do.

  • Contribute to our culture by being a team player and as well as friendly, fun, and motivated.

  • Take your personal presentation seriously - representing the clinic you need to be impeccably groomed and presented every.single.day (we'll give you a helping hand with this).

  • Will ensure that every client's experience, from the moment they walk through the door, to the moment they leave, makes their day.

    Please Note: You will need to be a New Zealand resident or have the appropriate work visa to apply for this position. We are a 5 day a week business and so you will need to work on a weekend day.
